I am new to this, I am looking for something basic.
Just a place to sell photography. I have a site, but it is a freewebs, that is tacky, and I have been wanting to upgrade. So I made a CSS page. But no were to host it.

If you know of any (free) host site that supports CSS, please let me know :)

Thanks

CSS files are just text, everywhere supports them, even freewebs.

http://www.freewebs.com/csskit/index.html

Freewebs supports CSS. If it doesn't support what you've built, then what you've built isn't CSS.

this doesn't even make sense. how does making something in dreamweaver mean that not everywhere will support it.

I'll say it again for you: CSS files are just text. They are "supported" everywhere HTML is.

dreamweaver creates CSS with pages you design, it is perfectly valid CSS.
