Dating Website Blocked in Strict Countries

I have an Arab dating website that keeps getting blocked all over UAE and some other Middle Eastern countries because they are not yet open to the idea of online dating. I am losing money daily due to this problem and wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions. Is there a program that can notify me when the site is blocked? Like PingDom alerts?

Hi man, are you talking to me? well, I'm not sure about the price, I was meaning that by using a different approach to advertise his dating websites.
