Dropping ISP after 20 minutes

I recently switched from one dialup internet server to another; now every 20 minutes I am being shut down. I have my idle set to "never" shut me down.
Anybody have any ideas why this is happening?

If you mean that you went broadband then it is I would replace my modem if I were you.
