Has anyone else been experiencing BIN attacks on their websites? BIN - Bank ID Number...

Thieves trying to get approvals on random card numbers using a BIN and rendomizing the last four digits of a Credit car number - an approval from our site would indicate a valid number - and

All multiple "customers" but all coming from about 3-4 IP addresses.

If anyone has seen this, what have you done, or would you do, to curtail this activity?
