hmm...difficult criteria to meet 
cpanel and plesk 7.5 are probably the best out there in my opinion. I like plesk 7.5 the most out of all i've used.

cPanel is probably one of the most popular. I've never used it proffesionally but I really like direct admin (only used the demo on their site). I would switch to it; but all my clients want cPanel 
(and I'd rather be in business than have my own way)

It's cPanel for me.
Once you get the hang of it, it's easy to use and it's also very powerful.
