I think this kind of hosting is provided by ServerPoint.com. These gus have specialized servers for almost everything and they cost not a lot of money.

I also think you need a dedicated server, do you?

Look up a2hosting.com, they have so many features included into the plans that I suppose ffmpeg hosting is not a problem for them.

FFMpeg hosting ... have seen apthost.com provide its support with all their services. FFmpeg converts video to .flv format or any video format. Hope they will fit your needs well.

I didn't know that serverpoint.com support ffmpeg, think they provide only multimedia support.
Think it must be convenient to use hosting service with all these features inclusive.
