flexible URL address

Hi Everyone , I have question and dont know if its the right place to post it here..

what should I do to have flexible URL ? for exaple , if you typed www.websitename.com it will direct you to www.name.websitename.com and when you subscribe you can choose your nickname and then your website will be www.yournickname.websitename.com , what should I do ? to have my website visitors have their own name ?www.theirname.mywebsite.com

well this isnt exactly the place but you might just get away with it because it includes hosting...
