I know some but I am not going recommend them because they are not as good in support. As you are going to work with ASP you will need more support for you web site than web space.

brinkster is decent, I know several people using their free services.
If your intent is simply to learn and to test, it will be perfect for you.

you can also search ozzu for this question because it has been asked
a lot of time.
