can you be a little more specific? If you are looking for paid hosting there are plenty of people who offer their services in this forum. If you are looking for free hosting then please do a search as it has been asked many times.

watch the spam. I'm assuming that's your's since it's in your sig. anyways, most free hosts support flash files.. the only thing you have to watch out for is a file size limitation some free hosts put into effect.

Was it? I was sure it just said hosting. Sorry about that then. Also have a search around the board, there are a few suggestions for free hosting that may support a file that large.
