That would pretty much be viewed as spamming and get your post promptly deleted and a warning issued to you.

I'd always say just pay a few dollars for hosting. There are some fantastic hosting companies offering great support for only a few dollars a month. Free hosting usually comes with strings attached..

Hey Steve, my sincere advise is to not go for free web hosting, not because I am a web host myself but because anything free off course is less reliable. What if the company closes one day with all your data gone?? Paid webhosting gives you maximum server uptime and also 24/7 customer support.

Even paid hosting provides no guarantees on service closing and losing data which is why it's always wise to stick with a reputable company or a hosting service you know to be honourable. To protect yourself even further it is also very wise to keep your own backup of all website data on your personal computer.

If you are saying so I could add that you don't have any guarantees that your backup won't lose too, Never know what happen, right?
The best way I think is to find host with daily backups and do external backups too

I agree, free web hosting site has limited features specially for domains if you want to use your own domain then you still have to pay for the upgrades. Before, I was looking for a free hosting website and I found wix. Then someone told me that I should go and look for a paid hosting services and have my website hosted there. That guy even suggested a site that offers web hosting services and I am surprised that is more cheaper than the upgraded account on wix. Now I don't regret paying for a web hosting services because I enjoy there services and I also enjoy exploring the cpanel lol!
