You can try filezilla - free client and generally has all of the features you require...

Smart FTP.

Everynice, It alows you to store multi address and has a tab feature witch lets you go from FTP account to FTP acount easly. It also has a mass upload feature witch alows you to upload a folder so you dont have to create the folder then upload the files later. It also has a feature that alows you to select a zip file to unzip into your server.

I recommend Total Commander cause it is also a very good file manager and working with ftp is like working with your local drive so you won't have to learn the ftp interface.

It's funny, a post like this can go on forever, it's all opinion.

I use FTP Surfer, very simple... (& it's free)
- Upload
- Download
- Delete
- New Folder
- Etc..
