help:create a forum

i want to create a free website with forum.
i searched in google and get some results but i cant understand it well.
i've learned html,javascript and php and also i installed phpBB in
our campus network. only problem is that i dont know anything about webdomain webhost etc. also please tellme which is the best free domain and host.....

You have everything there that you need to create your new site.

I believe also that here at Ozzu BWM (boss) may start hosting some time...just not yet.

There are lots of 3rd party free forum hosting providers, just google "free forum". If you aren't ready to spend a dime on this, I'm afraid the website and the forums must be separated.
