Help is needed to install MySQL, PHPMy Admin, PHP onto IIS

Hi,

I have a client who wants to host his site on his IIS server. The site requires PHP support and database (MySQL). They provided us with the remote access to their IIS server, but nothing is installed on it.

I would like to have on that sever: MySQL, PHPMy Admin, PHP

By the way, the server must be sercured also. Do any of you can handle that or walk me through the whole process? How much would you charge for setting the whole thing up?
