We are thinking about purchasing acehelpdesk.com helpdesk system . Anyone here used them ? . Please do let me know

Help desk systems are tricky, often times its difficult to find one that does everything you want well, so there is a trade up. I would recommend that you list what specific tasks you are looking for a help desk system to perform and ask for overall recommendations.
