Would it be relatively safe to assume that large spikes in CPU & Memory usage on a shared server are due to schools being out for the Holidays ?

I know the roads turn into a madhouse when there's no school, I'm thinking the net works the same way.

Any of you with kids, are schools even out right now ?
Strong with this one, the sudo is.

I think school holidays may strongly influence the spike in CPU and Memory usage. Being at home children start to use the Internet oftener.
