how can i accurately find my webstatistics

I am thinking of getting unlimited webstatistics for my 3 websites, however, i dont know which is the best software that is easy to configure.
I am now using statcounter but its limited to only 100 counts
AWStats is hard to configure, i am looking for an easy-very accurate software to use, please help

i am using a webserver and i am told its not a statistics server , but i have now started using googles' analytics, the readings are alittle hard to understand but thanks very much for your kind help, i will definately use google analytics
