ummmm? Did you not design it? Why in the world would you not know who's hosting it?

Yeah the url is http://www.dymers.com, could you also tell me what this means:

Sever Type: Apache/1.3.37 (Unix) mod_auth_passthrough/1.8 mod_log_bytes/1.2 mod_bwlimited/1.4 PHP/4.4.7 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635.SR1.2 mod_ssl/2.8.28 OpenSSL/0.9.7a.

We are currently being charged 320 a month and our site is running really slowly. If there is anything that you could do to help it would be much appreciated. Our web developer isnt being 100% honest and I want to get to the bottom of why we are paying so much and why our site runs so slow. Thanks for all the help.

Your site is being hosted here
http://dfwtechs.com/

However there's some odd stuff going on there. If you go to that link and click the link for hosting plans you get an error:

AWBS License Error: Unable to validate license.
Please contact the software vendor.

doesn't seem like it's the first time this problem existed

It appears AWBS.com is a billing system for web hosts.

It doesn't look like your host has their act together and are most likely resellers for someone else.

I'd suggest finding another host. Your bill is outrageous based on today's prices. Would probably take you less than two days to find a reliable host, switch accounts and get the name servers transfered.

If you have nowhere to start, I'll suggest http://www.unflux.net UNFLUX is a current member, a prior supermoderator and the hosting servers are managed by the same person that owns this forum. They are also resellers however they are using one of the worlds largest and most reliable hosts.

One of my websites is hosted with them with excellent reliability and I pay less in a year than you do in a month.

For the record your site loaded as fast as any other website I've ever visited. Which was almost instantly.

One option is you can check the name servers in whois information of that website. The other option is http://www.whoishostingthis.com

What hosting your are using for 320/month. I don't think you are on Dedicated ;) even dedicated hosting doesn't cost you that much.
Better look for some reliable and friendly host who is live for you 24x7.

you could always "Whois" your domain name too.
