anybody can tell me how to identify a sites which is generated using Web content management tool?

Well, it all depends on the Content Management System, but with some of them, there isn't any code that can inform you of it. Unless the system produces a unique code or leaves a mark or copyright in the code, the code produced by a CMS-managed page wouldn't differ from the code of any other page.

Again, it all depends on the CMS in question.
