How to use dedicated server or VPS us reseller hosting

I plan to get dedicated server or VPS. I want to use it as a reseller hosting. Can I offer an unlimited disc space and unlimited bandwidth based of this dedicated server or VPS and how much space and bandwidth I need to do that?

You can do whatever you want with regards to what you offer. Keep in mind that hard drives are limited on space, and if you run out you will most likely need to get another hard drive or upgrade your current hard drive to something larger. As far as unlimited bandwidth, the same thing there. If you have a dedicated server you will still find limits at your datacenter, whether its your connection 10Mbps, 100Mbps, 1000Mpbs, or if they monitor you based on usage. Some datacenters, depending on what plan you have, may charge overage fees which can become quite expensive.

In my opinion I do not like it when hosting companies offer unlimited disk space or bandwidth, as I feel its a gimmick that isn't 100% true. These things they offer do have finite resources.
