I know you guys do banner exchange with them and I am sure they are good. I am thinking about switching with them and was wondering how is their tech support? connectivity? uptime? etc?

no idea - as far as I know, they are simply a paid advertiser. I
don't know a single person or site using their service.

They atleast seem to be a pretty big company, since I have seen them advertising on some of the biggest webmaster related sites there are!
So I would assume that they have atleast a decent support team!
