By the way, do you physically own the servers or do you just rent them? Also, is this picture actually your equipment?

No that is not our server room, it's a licensed photo issued by Dell since we
use their hardware.

We in fact lease our equipment due to lower startup costs in our
expansion. We already had several servers in our fleet, and this was a way
to expand at the lowest cost, and still retain the quality we've always had.

This is not uncommon among hosters or larger companies, who have turn-in
programs for new equipment in a year or two so we're always on the
latest hardware. It's both efficient and cost-effective.

Just to be clear though, we are not a virtual host, we do not share our
servers with anyone nor are they managed by anyone but our staff. Even
though we lease, we have 100% control over our servers.

I'll probably be signing up in the near future, I've been searching for a better host since I left m6.net *shutters*

From a site design standpoint, you do good work. I have been managing graphic and web design teams for about 8 years, and this is a top notch site, graphically and logistically. I would wish you good luck, but you don't need it, you have good skills.
