Quick question...

Does anyone know what google look for when determining the location of a web page.
Does it go on the location of the server, or look at the TLD to determine (ie .com or .co.uk) or where the domain name is registered?
If I have a .com hosted in US but want google to shown it as a UK site, is there anything I can do?

Cheers,

Google looks at the location of the server hosting the site when detirmining what country the site is from.
