Looking for free host with no banner ads.

I am currently designing a website for a local youth organisation and am looking for a free hot with no banner ads (ie not one like freeservers) I am currently on 100free.com. However, it is very unreliable.. and I need a reliable host for this one. Any help would be much appreciated.
