Looking for the best Automated FTP Program available

I am looking for an automated FTP program that is capable of being set up to upload content to possibly hundreds of domains, one after the other, without having to FTP manually to each domain. Does anyone have any experience with this type of software and if so, which one is rated as the best, as well as being the most user-friendly? Expense is secondary.

I would highly recommend FlashFXP
I can upload files all night and if it gets disconnected it will reconnect and continue on. If a file fails it keeps it in queue so you can resume it later.

I have tried:
smartftp
WsFTP
FlashFXP
couple others (can't remember the name)

FlashFXP I keep going back to.
