Looking for webspace with...

-no adds
-my own domain name
-unlimeted mySQL
-somthing that won't coast me a fortune every month
-a lot of web space!
-html/php editor (not as improtant)

Define "fortune". Actually, there are several good hosts, and many people own hosting companies here. (including me, I just don't advertise here). A quick search of this forum should yield some great results.

Since money is an object for you I suggest you ask for a reasonable number of mysql databases. Especially since these tend to be resource intensive. Any host worth their salt won't allocate them so willy nilly.

What is alot of webspace?

Find out exactly what requirements you will need for your website, then do a google search and look for reviews. Otherwise, there are good hosts who go on this forum:

You will be pushing it to get unlimited mySQL.

Maybe you should be a little more realistic with the amount you actually need (work out an amount) and approach some hosting companies you are interested in, some may tailor a plan to suit your needs.
