Lunarpages

Hi everybody,

What do you guys think of lunarpages? They offer good capacity up To 8000 Megabytes and 800 Gigabytes Data Transfer. But they are not friendly at all. The customer service sucks. Is there any other hosting company that give the same capacity and data transfer?
If you know of any please post it here because I'm looking for a hosting company and I need help in chosing one "good one".

Don't host with them.
Their servers go down periodically, they DENY it, and force you to document it with tracert, logs, ETC and even then, after you have documented the problems and notified them properly, with snapshots, third party reports, etc. they deny that their servers have problems.

Their domains/subdomains/redirects also have problems, and they also deny it.

if you don't mind being offline and having your clients pissed off at you, then go for it. otherwise, don't host with them.
