Do you have web hosting? Every host now should give you ftp details to put your pages on the web.

If you are looking for internet hosts you can do a google search or even just search this forum. There is plenty of recommended web hosts here and plenty of very of useful tips to use when looking for hosts. Check for reviews of the webhost before you sign up too!

For hosting that is cheap i would reccomend http://www.site5.com
I am hosted there you can get hosting for around $6 a month USD. We have had no problems with the they have been awesome. I have been hosted in quite a few other places and have been dissapointed but not here. I think this would be the place to go
