I use WS_FTP95LE (none of their newer..."user friendly" crap) or AceFTP3 Freeware version. Never had troubles out of either of these.
I'd love to change the world, but they won't give me the source code.

I use either filezilla for large amount of transfers or dreamweaver ftp.

Personally I like SmartFTP and it's free :D

I would recommend you using the FTP Desktop. It's a great software through you can manage multiple sites at a single time. Just you need is to configure the sites and save them that's it. :)
