I'd advise you to use the company that specializes in FFMpeg and Rad5. I know that HostV.com provides it in their dedicated servers and VPS plans. Double RAM and disk space sound good.

It seems that all suggest dedicated server for you. I think that the high end would be one great for you. I would recommend you have a look at Rackspace.com or Sologigabit.com. I think that they must be good for your huge needs.
