need to kill a hosted site that I can no longer get into

I had used a free host to test some things on a site before putting it on the live site, here is the problem. I no longer have the password or email acct that I used to set it up so I can't take it down. I know that I can do something with a different host to kill it since I own the domain-but I don't know what. Can I just park it on my host or what do I need to do? Thanks.

Just update the DNS servers to point elsewhere. If it's no longer pointing at the old host, nobody will see it.
