i need to set up a website on lan

hi guys me new here

i study in hostel and would like to setup a website like a forum , blog etc on my room pc for the lan

i hav setup the wamp on my pc and there is a index.php file on the root directory which opens when i type localhost in firefox but no other pc is able to access it
kindly help

other PC, can access it through IP address.
eg. http://10.20.20.10/

what OS you using? if windows, check the windows firewall and internet security, make sure no blocking.

i am using kaspersky antivirus and nothing there says is firewall
my windows firewall is off and there is nothing as internet sequrity
my pc is easyly accessible but the site is not
