northeast dedicated server

can anyone suggest a place where i can rent a dedicated server? i'm interested in using it as a gaming server. specifically i need a windows os [2k or 2k3], dual xeon, 1 gig ram.

also, it has to be in the northeast...

posting, this has been asked numerous times.

Also google is a great place to start.

i certainly did that......been researching google for the last 2 week, i got a few good leads but either too expensive, only offer linux, huge setup fee, bandwidth issue, sales people giving you incomplete answers or dodging issues......

i read these boards for the past 3 hours, and my eyes are bugging out of my head.
