I'm not sure where this is meant to go but I'm in serious panic right now!! I just tried to go to my forums and gallerys on both my sites:

http://www.dezignerlessons.com
http://www.dezignerlessons.com/gallery
http://www.parentsretreat.com/forum
http://www.parentsretreat.com/gallery

and they came up with errors. So I went into my cpanel to check the mySQL databases and there are NONE!!!! Parents Retreat had SIX databases and Dezigner Lessons had 3 or 4....how the hell do I get this back! I can't afford to lose everything again!!!! :cry: :cry: :cry:
Love always,

I assume you have no backups? have you called your server host, they might have a backup of the data?

Have you asked your host?

in the meantime check out unflux.com or myprohost.com for good reliable hosting. And don't worry, the mods won't delete those two as spam. They are both well-known to us and we are confident of their stability (not to mention reasonably priced -- notice I didn't say free).

//topic moved to hosting

And miss_bee -- please take some time to read some of the other boards so you know where things should go. Moving your posts to the proper spot is getting old, and I'm quite confident you can figure it out in advance.

Are you sure that your web site content s work via MYSQL or they are ordinary contents?
Take a look at your MySQL Db.s from phpmyadmin via cPanel Admin then you may see if they are existing.

Now and then try MySQL Daily Backup's by CronJob's of cPanel.
it must be there on this forum that i have replied "How To MySQL Backups by Cron Job" thread. Just search.
