I need a free PHP Nuke host, NOT eznuke. Or if you could, tell me how to host my site on my IP Address.

Well, if you'd like to find a host, all you need is a host that supports PHP and mySQL. I've had good experiences with freepgs.com and their prices are pretty cheap.

If you'd like to host it on your own computer, you'll need a web host such as:

http://www.lighttpd.net/

http://www.aprelium.com/

I've had good experiences with both of those. You'll probably have to download PHP and set it up with either of those; tuts are widely available.

You may also need to forward ports if behind a router:

http://portforward.com/
