php-Nuke and phpBB

Well...I wrestles for weeks with IIS, mySQL and phpBB...and then i caved last nite. I downloaded the latest version of xampp and installed it, then threw php-Nuke in there with it...and what do you know...the darned thing worked right off the bat...

So, cause for rejoice right? wrong...well...mostly right, but a lil wrong...the phpBB that's built into php-Nuke...umm...it isn't doing much of anything. I mean i can log into it, and it tells me that "there are no topics for this forum" however, the forum module on the administrators panel shows me nothing when i go and try to configure phpBB.

When you say you can log in to it, Are you saying that you can log into your PHPBB2 forum?

Yes, if i click on forum from the sites main page i can login to the phpbb forum, using the username and password i made when i setup php-nuke initially

I'm using XAMPP 1.6.5, which has the following bundled inside it:

* Apache HTTPD 2.2.6 + Openssl 0.9.8g
* MySQL 5.0.51
* PHP 5.2.5
* PHP 4.4.7
* phpMyAdmin 2.11.3
* FileZilla FTP Server 0.9.24
* Mercury Mail Transport System 4.52

Uninstall PHPBB2 v 2.0.22 And install it again. Then see if it works, If you have the same issue please let us know.
