Please help a girl in distress-Forum hosting

I have a new SMF forum. I anticipate maybe 200-300 members in the next year. After much searching I have narrowed it down to two. Mostly because they don't advertise like crazy and I have asked them a lot of questions and they are quick to reply. Whether they were the right questions is another thing. Can you please tell me if you have heard anything about either of these two places and if you haven't, which do you think would be better. The second one I found by accident, one of the owners is a moderator at the main SMF sites forum.

I have heard of BlueFishHosting, but not montecarlohosting. I would continue to keep looking :)
