basically, it all comes down to what type of plan u wish to take, depending on whether how much space u want, how much bandwidth u are looking for (depending on whether u want a downloading site or not) and also depending on the price you are willing to pay. i think aspnix.com has a pretty good shared web hosting plan, considering the price they are asking for.
