Problems with GoDaddy Hosting! Can anyone help?

Hi:
I purchased a website builder and I thought I uploaded the website correctly on Godaddy's hosting. When I typed in my URL, I got this:
Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/usr/local/mysql-5.0/data/mysql.sock' (2) in /home/content/m/y/p/mypetpeeves/html/framework/class.database.php on line 61

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
