Problems with my Host

My host doesnt want to answer any of my questions anymore, if they do its not what i've been looking for and i cannot work lik this.

What can i do about hosts like that? What is in my power, its simple either i want service or money back but they keep me waiting, waiting and waiting.

Any examples?

i asked them to do something, like change the root domain to another domain, no responce for 3 days so far.

also earlier i asked them to re-send me the welcome email, which they eventually did but delayed by many days.

On their website they claim "guaranteed responce within 30minutes"

Since it looks like they play with you and give you horrible service, I would just bash their service everywhere I can (or at least threat them to). Nobody like bad publicity and that might work. Just remember to backup your site before doing so cause they might fight back and will shutdown your site.

Since how many days you are with them. Do they offer any money back gurantee?

Threatening them is extortion, and that is illegal.

Posting bad things about them on the 'net is legal, as long as the things you say are true. But you tread a thin line between your first ammendment rights and libel. If you upset them significantly, you will probably hear from their lawyers. Even though you may be in the right, you may not want to pursue an expensive legal battle to prove it.

IMO, the best idea is to get a new host and quit giving them money. Transferring your sites is a hassle, but there comes a point where it is less hassle than dealing with your current host.
