is there anyway to cath a hacker if he uses proxy?
My website http://www.halo-center.com keeps on getting hacked.
And is it of use if I know his email? Cause I do know his mail addres (hotmail)...

If an e-mail comes from hotmail you can find the originating IP in the header data. (Example: In outlook, View->Options and scroll down to 'X-Originating-IP: [ some IP ]'

Then do a whois lookup on that IP.
