Hi,
I just moved hosts. My domainanme has been resolved already and can function with the new host.

When I try to connect to my site i still see the old one. I tried CTRL + f5 etc. nothing worked. I need my domainame to be in the title bar to install scripts.

Why can't I see the correct page?
When will it be updated?
What can I do?

thanks :)

If clearing your browsers cache & ultimately a system restart doesn't do it you'll just have to wait.

For the time being access the site with the IP address your host must have given you.
For instance: http://123.123.123.123/

Hi,
I just recently (about 1-2 days ago) moved my domain from Host A to Host B. After about 20 hours the domain seemed resolved and I could access my new host through my domain name.

Now, when i go to my domain it brings me back to my old page! Few hours later I try again and I see my new page.

Now, again, I see the old page.

What is going on here? It seems to bounce back and forth between Nameservers or is it my Caches fault?

Thanks in Advance!

Nick

Sounds like your old host hasn't removed you from their DNS, contact them.

hi joebert,

i deleted the "addon" domain from my cpanel and I now see the blue apache screen. the funny thing is that the rest of the world sees the normal page when accessing it, just me not.

i wonder why i still see stuff from my old host while all of my friends can already see the new page?

thanks in advance.
