I guys, my question it´s, if im using "x" hosting for my web, and use other for my links directory (because my web server don´t support PHP), the links in the directory count for my web as backlinks or not? :?

thanks!

Well, the links you want to put on the PHP pages are links to other sites.... and those sites, in theory, are linking back to your main web site. Nothing wrong with that - in fact it's sort of the preferred way to do it.

BUT, where are the links pages hosted? If they are on a large link site (perhaps link farm) then that might not be a good thing at all.

If you just had your PHP link pages on another domain that you run elsewhere, then that is probably fine. Essentially then you are running a 3 way link exchange... though the problem comes in when those link pages have very little if any PR (not that Google PR is everything, but...) as many people won't trade links with you then.
