Sure, you can take a look at YourServing.com
Portion of servers are in the VIX (Vienna International Exchange) - that guarantees very fast connections direct to nearly all points in Europe - also a fast Uplink to the US has been built.
Also, Frankfurt Datacenter is their Own Infrastructure and Monitoring Center without hosting of Customer Servers except some special customer projects.

If you are interested in colocation, YourServing provides the following Datacenter Locations: Amsterdam (Netherlands) Vienna (Austria) Munich (Germany)

some of differences:
hsphere provides complete hosting automation. It has more features than cPanel. hsphere is priced per user so it looks like that cPanel is cheaper at first sight, but looking in long terms.... You can use hsphere license across many servers, no need to get license for separate server.

Im not satisfied with C-Panel. I heard that H-Sphere control panel is more stable and secure with extra features. Can someone confirm me that?

Try to search for demos at internet. Use google, wikipedia.
Ask your friends about H-Sphere.

look for this link [H-Sphere vs. Cpanel] : http://www.forum.psoft.net/showthread.php?t=7102

I am fully satisfied with H-Sphere.

The best service comes for the customer who knows what he wants.
So think twice for what do you need web hosting and then google it.

Try searching the similar forums, ask friends and try the links from the peoples that help you.
I think you will find something that suits your needs.
