Reliable and Secure Paid Email Host

Hey,

I am looking for a good Reliable and Secure Paid Email Host.
I need to be reliable, because I don't want to lose any emails, and I want it to be secure, because well, I want it to be safe.

Anyway, I see tons of $X a month, but I want a cheaper one that charges by the year. I can spend up to $15US a year on this.

I don't need much, it needs to use POP3. I don't need much space, 25megs would do, as I will be downloading my emails to my hard-drive.

Any suggestions, or recommendations, or experiences with email hosts would be great.

If you are already hosting with someone then you might want to ask them if they are willing to go make an offer to you for your needs and if they are really good then because you are already a customer you might get a good deal from them.
