I have a DI-524 router first off. And I'm trying to host an http server on my windows machine. I have installed the latest apache version. I have opened the port 80. I have a domain name through http://www.godaddy.com and I just use a free DNS server.
It works when I use other computers that are on the lan to the local ip address (192.168.1.4) but the wan ip address doesn't work. My computer is the DMZ host, so I don't see why this is happening.

Any help? I can run through some things if anyone has suggestions.

:) Thanks.

well maybe you could call your ISP and ask them if they actually allow you use your own webserver ;) i have some problems with my ISP too :P i can't recieve pop3 mail via other servers then theirs.... really annoying... sometimes your isp is blocking certain ports

anyway's that might be a good thing to check first ;)
