server mail trouble

I have a server that is refusing to receive any and all incoming mail to any accounts. It has WHM 10.0.0... any suggestions or things to check?

Hi Codman -

Sorry no experience with WHM - But, I can give you some general diagnostic tips:

Are you able to send mail?
Use the various tools on dnstuff.com to ping and trace route your mail server (just to make sure there arent any DNS issues)
Does WHM have any sort of inherent mail rule tools? If yes, check over these settings and make sure there's nothing out of whack there...
