setting dns servers

i bought a dedicated server few days ago to start a website..i though it was same as the shared hosting but now i realize that it is very hard and complicating..i asked my brother do it he said that he will do it within a week coz he is going on a trip this vacation.it has already been 8 days that i have bought the server but i still couldn't get my site online..or i will hav to stay for another 7 days until my bro comes back which is a waste of time..i asked my host to get some help but they said since this unmanaged they are unable to help and said that the problem is with the dns server.

i have the set the name servers as ns1.vidztec.com and ns2.vidztec.com and in my control panel i have to set the following settings can some one please help me set this up.please

Can You Please tell me Your Main Server`s IP and Additional IPs ? so that I can try to detect the problem and fix it for u.
