Like I said, tell 'em to run /scripts/fixquotas :)

CPanel occasionally screws up the quotas, especially if you're hooking up custom admin things like ModernBill, etc.

/scripts/fixquotas will reset all the users' settings back to those of their package.

I know you don't want to lose your current "Unlimited" status, however if you go over what your package normally allows, and THEN they run fixquotas, you can lose data (and you have no control over what the computer chooses to corrupt due to lack of allocated space), as well as MySQL database corruptions, and lost E-Mails (for the same reason - you're over your quota).
