Hey there.

This problem is troubling me

I own gamehole.co.uk a online games website. The problem is this domain sometimes stops working to certain people. for example i cant view it right now, yet someone in turkey can view it and other people can. while i cant access the site i can still ping the server and get a responce. The webserver is not blocking connections and i can still access the site on the other domains,

The domain has fully propagated and the issue is not based from isps and i cant view it and people on the same isp can

The webserver is a dual opteron with 2gb's of eec ram. it averages 0.02% cpu usage so i doubt its that and we run cpanel

HELP!

Configurations of i.p's,server details and the browser functioning is very much appropriate in this condition.

Try to use several slave DNS servers for your domain. It calls "autoritative NS servers". You can use one for domain and some in other countries where is problems with name resolving.

It seems that there is a problem with the DNS Settings of your domain.

I checked this at DNSReport and you have so many "red marks" (errors) as you will see here:

http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsrepor ... hole.co.uk

Please ask your host to resolve this for you.

Hope this helps.
