Is there a such thing as one hosting package containing both window & unix servers?

The only solution I am aware of that handles that is an hsphere cluster.

If you get a reseller account on an hsphere cluster, you can create, and manage accounts on both linux and windows servers from a single interface..

http://www.hspherehosts.com is a good place to start looking...
